Another self teasing session today...

I want an easy going and simple life.  If you prefer complicated and miserable life, please enjoy yourself.  I do not like it.  I am not saying that I am good; I am the best or whatsoever, but at least, I complete the tasks given and I admit if I have done it wrong. 

Working attitude is important for each of us who work for living.  May be you are work for living, but please bear in mind that others like me need it.  If you are not happy with your current working environment, there is nothing can be done unless you change yourself; else, the condition will remain.

Like I always say, if you are not happy with everything in work place and you are not keen to move out, there is only one solution that is tendering the resignation.  For your age, may be there is another option, there is early retirement.

I learnt a hard lesson. Before this, I also felt that I was treated unfairly and realized that fair and unfair treatment is nothing to do with, and I know I am not able to change the situation and I have to accept it.  It is better for me to change myself, be more responsible and not to argue, accept only whatsoever assigned to me than complaining, arguing and ignoring.  Since then, I always tease myself that "I am the laziest worker in the office, which is why I do not deserve for any promotion or any recognition of excellence award.  I am not good enough in others eyes.  I need to work hard and perform well instead of sitting there and complaining about the unfair treatment by the office."   Self teasing is an indicator or source of motivation for me.

No matter how, the live is going on.  Why not accept it.

Please do not ruin others live even if you are not able to accept the current working environment.

One Weekend's Afternoon Tea

I like to eat and I eat a lot.  I enjoy eating too.  One day, when I shopped with my younger sister at the hypermarket, I bought some instant roti chapatti and roti prata.  I did not have much ideas on how to make it look delicious and yummy.  At that point of time, I only want to test my newly bought sauce pan.  My first try of those roti as per instruction from the packet and found out nothing much interesting beside eat together with curry chicken, kaya or sweeten milk.  Then, my younger sister said, why not  we out some cheese, potatoes and sausages make it like pizza.  

After she mentioned it, we started to take out those ingredients from freezer and put it on the roti.  See what is the result of her idea?  It is simple and delicious.  I did not add any reasoning on it but stir fried them for a while after the first attempt without stir frying.  

The taste is nice and it is idea for simple afternoon tea with friends and family.

Reshuffled and attached with new officer since May 2014.  I learn new thing everyday especially handling someone who creates endless troubles and headaches to others.   

 

It was quite sometimes I remain silent and quiet in my office, doing the task that were supposed my tasks and not my tasks too.  I keep on doing the corrective errors that suppose not to be an error(s) from day to day just because of your so call "Seniors" fault.  Yet, you keep on complaining and telling others that I like to give instruction bla bla bla.  I never give any instructions to you as I am not in the post to do so and as far as I know, those instructions were solely given from superior officers directly.  Don't know you think that, there is a limit for patient either me or our superior officers.  If you keep on testing anyone limits, my advice from deep in my heart are:
(1) IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB, PLEASE QUIT THE JOB OR ELSE DO YOU JOB AND KEEP QUIET;
(2) IF YOU STILL WANT TO REMAIN IN YOUR JOB, TALK TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE OR HR AT HQ THAT YOU REQUEST FOR A ENVIRONMENT THAT YOU FEEL IS "FRIENDLY" TO YOU, ELSE, BACK TO THE SQUARE ONE, DO YOU JOB AS PRESCRIBED IN YOUR SO CALL "SENIORS" JOB SCOPE.

However, it is quite fun to have co-workers like the 3 stooges like what described in the following picture.

Self motivation

Forget about depressed in work for the time being. 

Just bear in mind that need not to argue with stupid people because they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

In order to be irreplaceable, one must be outstanding and different than others.

I think I should keep motivating myself and become one of the irreplaceable in my work field.
